The May grand jury in Suffolk Circuit Court handed down 55 indictments against 26 defendants:
Nicholas Anderson — possession of schedule I drug; strangle, wound/injure
Alkeem Archer — destruction of property/monument; assault on law enforcement (two counts)
Ahmar A. Arrington — nonviolent felony possession; firearm, receive stolen property/aid in concealing
Natasha N. Bailey — DWI, third offense in 10 years; driving with a suspended license/endangerment
Jamal J. Belfield — firearm, falsify purchase (two counts); false statement on criminal history report
Ashley N. Brown — possession of stolen vehicle
Dempsey W. Burnette Jr. — possession of schedule I drugs
Daryl W Butts — DWI, third offense within five years
Calvin A. Chamblee —possession of schedule I drugs
Kevin M. Chapman — malicious wounding
Robert P. Cohen — firearm, falsify purchase
Alessandra B. Demet — involuntary manslaughter (two counts); driving while intoxicated
Tavarez A. Horton — possession of schedule I drugs
Ford M. Jackson Jr. — Abduct by force/intimidation (three counts); malicious wounding (two counts); use of a firearm in a felony (five counts); firearm, reckless handling; point/brandish a firearm; statutory burglary; shoot in a public place, no injuries; malicious shooting or throw
Devin Krajacic — assault on law enforcement
Kevin W. Lane — violating a protective order, third in 20 years
Tyriece Lockhart — assault on law enforcement
Daniel Martin — possession of schedule I drugs
Tiffany L. Miller — possession of schedule I drugs
Milton F. Mizell — malicious assault, victim wounded; abduct by force/intimidation
Joshua M. Vaughan — advance pay, construction > $1000; work without license, contractor
Tyler A. Ward — possession of schedule I drugs
Wesley T. Ward — possession of schedule I drugs
Sharrod D Wilkins — possession of firearm while selling 1 pound of marijuana; possession with intent to distribute marijuana, >1 ounce < 5 pounds; carrying a concealed weapon (second offense); possession of a firearm by a violent felon
Ivory L. Williams — malicious wounding
Charlie A. Wright — possession of schedule I drugs
