The man wounded in a shooting Friday at QVC Distribution Center was sitting in his car when the gunman shot him, according to a police incident report.
Suffolk police are looking for Franklin resident Alvin Edward Sears Jr. on warrants for aggravated malicious wounding, possession of firearm by convicted felon, use of firearm in commission of felony, shooting at occupied vehicle, violating protective order possession of firearm while subject to protective order and discharging firearm in a public place resulting in injury.
The police incident report listed Jason Ferebee, 36, as the victim of an aggravated assault. Police responded to the shooting at 2:56 a.m. Friday.
In a Friday news release, police said the suspect and victim “are known to each other,” and the release referred to the incident as a “domestic related shooting.”
Ferebee’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, police said.
