Barbara Bastinelli Chappell, 75, passed away on July 1, 2022. A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Romy Feliciano officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart Association or to Alive Church of Suffolk. Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
