The Suffolk Public Library has brought back its Camp SPL Mess Hall program after a two-year hiatus.
The library runs the program in partnership with No Kid Hungry and the Virginia Department of Education. Through Aug. 19, free lunches will be provided from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for all children under age 18 on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kids are invited to explore, create and play at Morgan Memorial Library on West Washington Street while enjoying their complimentary lunch.
Each day of the week has a theme:
- Make Something Monday
- Travel Tuesday
- Wayback Wednesday
- Thinker Thursday
- FriYAY!
All Suffolk Public Library classes and events are free. For other community resources visit suffolkpubliclibrary.com/ResourceGuide.
