Police seek information on firearms discharge

The Suffolk Police Department seeks the public’s assistance with information on a Saturday incident involving the discharge of a firearm.
An SPD news release said authorities are seeking information anyone has about anyone involved in this incident that occurred at about 1:30 p.m., Saturday, July 9, in the 100 block of North Saratoga Street. Police report that one or more individuals discharged a firearm and caused damage to several vehicles and buildings, but no injuries were reported.
Any citizens or business owners in the vicinity of this incident are encouraged to check their security camera history and to contact Suffolk Police with any relevant information, officials stated in the release.
