Bessie “Tineybug” Pearl Bradshaw Vann, 68, passed away July 20, 2022. She was born in Nansemond County the daughter of the late Tuper “BigBud” Bradshaw and Mary Frances Gilliam Bradshaw. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 25, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. Anthony Joyner officiating.
