Suffolk residents get William & Mary degrees

Six Suffolk residents recently graduated from the College of William & Mary.

They are Tawfik Abdelshaheed, bachelor of science; Upasana Barot, master of accounting; Ladariah Boone, bachelor of science; Storm Eshleman, bachelor of arts; Amanda Goldstein, doctor of philosophy; and Isabelle Tan, bachelor of arts.

Brown receives master’s from Alabama

Zahkeira Brown of Suffolk earned a master of arts degree from the University of Alabama during spring commencement ceremonies.

 

Suffolk residents earn Georgia State degrees

Two Suffolk residents were among more than 4,000 students who graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta this spring.

Alexandria Simms earned a master of public health degree in health promotion and behavior.

Iman Warren earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology.

 

Eberwine graduates from Flagler College

Kittrell Eberwine of Suffolk recently earned a bachelor of arts in journalism and media production from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.

 

Holst graduates from Coastal Carolina

Caitlin Holst of Suffolk recently earned a degree in theater arts from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina.

 

Suffolk resident on Shenandoah dean’s list

Jaylon Hayes-Keller of Suffolk made the dean’s list at Shenandoah University in Winchester for the spring semester.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students enrolled in baccalaureate degree programs must complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.

 

Diehl makes dean’s list at William & Mary

Katie Diehl of Suffolk recently was named to the dean’s list at the College of William & Mary for the spring semester.

In order to achieve dean’s list status, a full-time degree-seeking undergraduate student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.6 quality-point average during the semester. 

      

Alspaugh named to Hofstra dean’s list

Madelyn Alspaugh of Suffolk excelled during the Spring 2022 semester at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, achieving a grade-point average of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the dean’s list.

 

Atwood named Alabama dean’s list

Johnna Atwood of Suffolk made the spring dean’s list at the University of Alabama with a grade-point average of 3.5 or above.
