Second-degree murder indictment among 33 issued by Grand Jury

The Suffolk Circuit Court Grand Jury handed down 33 indictments against 15 people Wednesday, Dec. 14, including the charge of second-degree murder against a local man.
In addition to the second-degree murder charge, Jorge Rufino Williams III of Suffolk was also indicted on charges of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony-first offense, malicious shooting into an occupied building, and violent felon-possession/transport of a firearm.
No details of the Dec. 10, 2021 shooting incident are available. All four counts against Williams were direct indictments.
Additionally, the Grand Jury issued indictments against the following individuals:
Antonio Rene Bailey Jr. — Firearm-falsify purchase form (two counts)
Kimberly Bradshaw Baines — Embezzlement of more than $1,000 (direct indictment-capias)
Demetrius Bazemore — Violent felon possession/transport of a firearm, possession of forged bank note
Darcy Darrell Crocker — Possession of schedule I drugs (direct indictment, capias felony), driving while intoxicated-drugs first offense (direct indictment, capias misdemeanor)
Allison Christine Gannaway — Firearm-falsify purchase form
Lynn Alfred Hitchman — Assault and battery-family member-third offense
Stephen F. Im — Sex offender-failure to register violent offender (three counts)
Jermaine Jovan Langston — Failure to stop for an accident/felony injury (direct indictment, capias felony), carrying a concealed weapon (direct indictment, capias misdemeanor), operating with improper brakes (direct indictment, capias misdemeanor), operating an uninsured vehicle (direct indictment, capias misdemeanor)
Keon Jalane Lopes — Possession with intent to distribute marijuana-more than 1 ounce and less than 5 pounds, violent felon possession/transport of a firearm
William Thomas Melton — Fraudulent conversion of property, embezzlement of more than $1,000
Justin Tyler Murphy — Identify theft-resulting in victim detained (two counts), assault and battery of a law enforcement officer,
Tiffany N. Outland — Child cruelty (three counts)
Litania Quinones — Attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer
Melissa Ralph — Aggravated malicious wounding
