Kris Kringle himself made a quick stop at Autumn Care Nursing Home on his special Harley motorcycle as he brought toys and smiles to senior citizens for the Christmas season.
Santa Claus stopped by each resident’s room to wish them a Merry Christmas during his Friday, Dec. 16 visit and gave out toys to seniors and candy to Autumn Care staff.
Santa has made the special journey for two decades, bringing joy to everyone at Autumn Care.
“It is an honor to have Santa on a Harley visit our facility year after year. This year’s visit was extra special because it represents the 20th anniversary of him being a part of our extended family,” Director of Life Enrichment Tameika Cross expressed of Santa’s visit. “It takes an extra special person to render this type of dedication and loyalty for two decades. Christmas at our facility would not be the same without him.”
