Antonio “Tony” Franchot Rose transitioned Monday, Jan. 20, 2023. A celebration of life is at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. The Rev. Wilbert C. Adams will deliver the message of comfort. Mr. Rose is being laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
