Dirran (Dee) Savage Sarver, age 75, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, in Knoxville Tennessee, after a long illness. Her father Edgar P. Savage and mother Margret Savage were farmers near the City of Suffolk. She is survived by her husband Robert Sarver, to whom she was married for 54 years. Dee was a school teacher and loving wife. She had no children. Dee had deep roots in Suffolk where she was born and attended school through high school. She attended Mary Washington and graduated from Radford University with a degree in elementary education.  A service will be scheduled in Knoxville, Tenn. at a later date.
