Sylvia Copeland Dostry was born Nov. 26, 1961, and passed on Feb. 24, 2023, at Waterview Rehabilitation Center in Hampton. She was the daughter of Dorpha Lee Copeland Sr. and Willie Essie Copeland from Windsor.
