Brenda Yvonne Phelps Strickland, 75, went to her eternal home on March 7, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 13, at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the residence of Carla and Art Moore.
