Haley Anne Neal, daughter of Tim Neal and Jennifer Schneider Neal, a 2018 graduate of Nansemond River High School and 2022 graduate of James Madison University, was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Dec. 17, 2022.
Neal is traveling to Fort Rucker, Alabama Wednesday, March 29, to pursue her chosen career as a “helicopter pilot” in Army aviation.
