Ernest Lee “Jake” Bailey transitioned from this life on Sunday, March 12, 2023, in Windsor. A celebration of life service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 25, at New Bethany United Church of Christ, Smithfield. Viewing will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the Church.
