Shamin Hotels is developing a Home2 Suites by Hilton Suffolk Chesapeake near downtown Suffolk.

The hotel is set to begin construction in 2024 and will serve as a comfortable and convenient stay for residents and visitors alike, according to a news release from the city. 

The new Home2 Suites will feature 96 spacious suites, all designed to provide guests with a home-away-from-home experience. Each suite will offer a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their meals in the comfort of their suites, according to the release. In addition, the hotel will offer complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, and an indoor pool, making it the perfect destination for both business and leisure travelers.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Suffolk Chesapeake will be located at 1035 Centerbrooke Lane, adjacent to Shamin’s Hampton by Hilton, which opened in 2015. The hotel will be minutes away from local attractions and businesses, making it an ideal choice for corporate and leisure travelers alike.
