Turlington Road closure to begin May 30

- This Turlington Road culvert pipe is set for rehabilitation beginning May 30, leading to closure of the road in the 600 block through the end of the year.

The 600 block of Turlington Road will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 30, to allow a contractor to begin a project to rehabilitate the culvert pipes at Kilby Creek.
Suffolk Public Works said the project is expected to be complete this winter. Detours will be in place to direct motorists to use the Route 13/32 bypass.
