Daniel Brian Krewson born June 26, 1965, in Abington, Penn. died at home on June 4, 2023, in Suffolk. He was a 1984 graduate of Abington High School in Pennsylvania and an All-American Swimmer. Dan continued his love of swimming as he coached in the Suffolk area. He will be fondly remembered as “Coach K.” Most recently Dan found a job he loved in food services at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk.

Dan is survived by his mother, Grace Mundy Krewson; brothers Stephen (Regina), David and sister, Ruth Holmes (Bob); nieces and nephews, Justin Krewson, Jessica Krewson, James “Dylan” Kelly, Allison Oyler (Thomas Seyfried), Emma Holmes, Anna Holmes (John Engleman) and Margaret Holmes. He had one great-nephew Owen Seyfried.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 16, at Main Street United Methodist Church, 202 N. Main St.
