The City of Suffolk Parks & Recreation Department has canceled the first concert of the TGIF Summer Concert Series scheduled for today, Friday, June 16, 2023, due to impending inclement weather.

The series will continue at Constant’s Wharf Park and Marina, 110 E. Constance Rd., featuring 504 Supreme on June 23, Island Boy on June 30, and SlapNation on July 14.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m. and the bands perform from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is free for all ages. Concessions will be available for purchase and attendees are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket for seating.
