Two local residents named to RIT dean’s list

Two Suffolk residents were recently named to the dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology for the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. 

Those from the city honored at RIT are:

• Alonzo Aponte, who is in the applied modern language and culture program.
• Tyler Matalevich, who is in the mechanical engineering program.

Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for dean’s list if their term grade point average is greater than or equal to 3.4; they do not have any grades of “incomplete”, “D” or “F”; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

 

Dori Gray of Suffolk named to Ohio University’s Spring 2023 Dean’s List

Ohio University Scripps College of Communication student Dori Gray of Suffolk has been named to OHIO’s Spring 2023 Dean’s List.

The Dean’s List recognizes undergraduate students who complete a particular semester with a GPA between 3.5 and 3.999 with a minimum of 12 credit hours attempted for letter grades that are used to calculate GPA.

In spring semester 2023, 4,953 Ohio University undergraduate students qualified for the Dean’s List. A complete listing is available online.
