Stephen Randall Davis Jr., 24, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023. His service of celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 8, at Church of Jesus, 630 Anderson Lane, Hampton. A public viewing will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 7, at Church of Jesus. A memorial for Stephen will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 7, at the Newport News Shipyard North End Historic District 5900 Huntington Ave., Newport News.
