Superload move to cause minimal delays on Route 460 and 58

A superload move involving the hauling of steel frames may cause delays in traffic between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, and Friday, Aug. 25.
The move will come from Isle of Wight County and travel through Suffolk eastbound on Route 460 and eastbound on Route 58.
The truck and load will measure 13 feet 8 inches tall, 23 feet 2 inches wide, 75 feet long, weighing 98,000 pounds.
Minimum delays are expected. One westbound lane on Route 460 will be closed long enough for the load to move through the construction zone by the College and Career Academy at Pruden.
State Police will be escorting.
