Dorothy Earlene Oliver Bailey, 86, passed away on Sept. 2, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
