Grammy winners NE-YO and Robin Thicke to perform at The Chartway Arena

The New Year’s Eve Weekend Holiday Affair will perform for one show only at The Chartway Arena, 4320 Hampton Blvd Norfolk, according to a news release. “This epic event will present a fun-filled evening of R&B music,” the release said. “Artists include Grammy Award Winner Ne-Yo, Robin Thicke, and Zae France.”

The New Year’s Eve Weekend Holiday Affair will kick off Friday, Dec.29, 2023, with showtime will begin at 8:00 p.m. and doors will open at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and range from $59.50 to $169.50 with VIP seating available.

NE-YO – R&B singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, and record producer. He gained fame for his songwriting abilities when he penned Mario’s 2004 hit “Let Me Love You.” The single’s successful release prompted a meeting between Ne-Yo and Def Jam’s then-president, Jay-Z, resulting in a recording contract that produced four successful studio albums. He is a recipient of several awards, including three Grammy Awards.

ROBIN THICKE – Singer, songwriter and record producer. He is best known for his 2013 hit single “Blurred Lines” (featuring T.I. and Pharrell Williams), which is one of the best-selling singles of all time. At the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, he received nominations for Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
