Viola Elder Woodson transitioned from this life on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023. Viewing will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3, at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Interment will occur immediately after the service at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery, Ivor.
