Merial Celestine Dildy Mitchell, 96, peacefully passed away. A visitation will take place from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, at T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at noon on Friday, Dec. 15, at Metropolitan Baptist Church and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
