The Nansemond River Warriors snapped a two-game losing streak, outscoring the Denbigh Patriots 17-3 en route to a 55-41 win on Saturday.
Warrior Izzy Lewis led the way with 11 points, and Landon Ames added 8 pts, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds. The Warriors defense held Patriot leading scorer Kevin Parker, who is averaging 10 points a game to 8 points.
Jayden Walker led Denbigh with 16 pts.
