A public visitation will take place from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. and a funeral service at 1 p.m., both on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, at T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home and he will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
