Nansemond River boys fall on the road to Western Branch

The Western Branch Bruins snapped the Nansemond River Warriors three game win streak, extending their streak to four games with a 71-59 win Tuesday.
Bruins Ellis Wright scored his 1,000th career point in the win, while dropping s 17 points and 10 rebounds. Viktor Parson’s also added 18 points for Western Branch.
The Warriors fall to 14-6 and look to right the ship Friday as they host crosstown rival King’s Fork. The game is set to tip off at 7:30 p.m.
