King’s Fork and Nansemond River girls basketball teams faced off in the first round of the VHSL 5B Regional Playoffs Monday at Maury High School. The 7th seeded Lady Bulldogs shocked the number two seeded Lady Warriors 42-23.
King’s Fork advances to take on Norview at Norfolk State’s Echols Hall Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m.
