LeRoy Byrd Major 77,  passed away on Feb. 16, 2024 in Riverside Hospital, Newport News, VA. Viewing will take place on Friday, Feb. 23, 2024 from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024 at Mt. Tabor COGIC,13468 Waterworks Road,  Smithfield, Va. 23430.  Interment will follow the service in Mt. Tabor COGIC Cemetery.
