Pat Davis-Hagens, president of Bon Secours Hampton Roads, stated, “During her time with our ministry, Robin has been an asset, and Hampton Roads will continue to benefit from her knowledge and leadership as she broadens the scope of her duties as the market’s new CNO.”
Baldauf brings 20 years of nursing experience and joined Bon Secours Mercy Health a decade ago in Cincinnati, Ohio. She held various nursing leadership positions before transitioning two years ago to her current role at Mary Immaculate Hospital.
Baldauf earned her master’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky, her MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
