Boyce Antonio (Tony) Williams was born on Jan. 12, 1968, to the late Mrs. Juanita  Faulk Williams, and the late Mr. James Willie Brown, Sr. in Suffolk. Tony is the 8th of 9  siblings to Mrs. Jaunita Williams and one of 5 siblings to the late Mr. James Willie Brown. He  transitioned on February 6, 2024.  There will be a celebration of life memorial service held for Tony at the Shivers Funeral Chapel, 12749 Courthouse Highway, Smithfield, VA. 23430 on March 23rd, 2024 at 12 noon.
