Led by Haley Price’s six goals and two assists on Monday, the Nansemond-Suffolk Academy girls’ lacrosse team beat St. Gertrude’s 17-6.

NSA’s Sarah Carson scored five times with three assists. Page Dowd added a hat trick and two assists, along with Eleanor Smith Jones’ two goals. Izzy Rose rounded out the scoring with a goal and two assists.

St. Gertrude was led by Annie Adamson’s three goals.

The Lady Saints move to 2-0 on the season and hit the road Wednesday to face Cape Henry Collegiate.
