Lady Bulldogs dominate Booker T. Washington in high-scoring win

Scoring was no issue for the King’s Fork Lady Bulldogs, who surged past Booker T. Washington with a commanding 32-13 victory on Wednesday. Kayden Maskelony’s standout performance at the plate fueled the team’s success.

Maskelony delivered a remarkable five RBI on two hits, including a pivotal double in the first inning, which brought in three runs, followed by a crucial single in the third inning, adding two more runs to the scoreboard.

On the defensive front, pitcher Jaden Williams delivered a stellar relief performance for the Lady Bulldogs, conceding zero hits and runs while striking out seven batters.

Maskelony’s standout performance at the plate was complemented by solid contributions from Jordyn Brashares, Payten Greene, and Ava Martin, each collecting two hits for the Bulldogs.

As a team, the Lady Bulldogs went an impressive 15 for 22 at the plate, with 18 walks, just two strikeouts, and racked up 10 stolen bases.

The King’s Fork Lady Bulldogs’ next matchup is against Lakeland High School on Thursday.
