Curtis E. Williams, 73, of Suffolk, VA passed away on June 4, 2024 surrounded by family. He was the son of the late Hiram and Avonelle Williams.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL. Even though Curt had an allergy to fish, he still loved to go fishing. He retired from Sandar Industries, Inc. in 2015.

Curt is survived by his wife of 40 years, Emily Ruth Williams; daughters, Lisa Knight of Suffolk, VA and Melody Taylor (Zac) of Green Cove Springs, FL; grandchildren, Morgan and Blake Taylor; sister, Kim Boyd (Brett) of Clover, SC; nephew, Clinton Boyd; and beloved little chihuahua, Coco.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 2 PM at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home, Downtown Suffolk Chapel officiated by Pastor John Hunter. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Somerton United Methodist Church.
