Mrs. Iona E. Daye, 96, of 8497 Gates Road, Suffolk, Va., departed her earthly life Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, at Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center on Constance Road, Suffolk, Va. Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Daye on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, at 1:30 p.m.at First Baptist Church, Courthouse Road, Heathsville, Va., officiated by the Rev. John Fountaine, pastor.
