VIRGINIA BEACH – Roosevelt Shell, 62, of 868 Hopwood Lane, peacefully passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008.
Mr. Shell will be on view 2 to 6 p.m., and a Masonic wake service will be held 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30 at Chatman/E.A. Hughes Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 1 at Chatman/E.A. Hughes Funeral Home. Immediately following the interment at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, the Shell family will receive visitors at T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home dining hall for lunch and fellowship.
