King’s Fork’s Hildrew McNair, Vince Mosby and Tyler Holloway led the Bulldogs to a third-place overall finish in the Suffolk Stars Invitational in Hampton Friday and Saturday.

McNair won the pole vault with a height of 13-feet-6 and placed third in the high jump. Mosby and Holloway stood out in the sprint events. Mosby was third in the 300-meter dash and fourth in the 500 meters. Holloway was fourth in the 55 and fourth in the 300.

On the girls side, KF junior Qualitra Brown scored all 17 points for the Lady Bulldogs with three outstanding performances. Brown was third in the 55 and long jump and fourth in the 300.

Mikeisha Davis was sixth in the triple jump and Nansemond River took third in the boys 4×200 relay for the top Warrior results.

Nansemond-Suffolk’s Kenny Rice finished fifth in the long jump.
