D’Andre Jamar Thomas, 17, of Smithfield, Va., died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Main Street Baptist Church, Smithfield, Va. Crocker Funeral Home Inc. is handling the arrangements.
