To the editor:

This is not earth shaking, but it is very discouraging to see the outmoded and grotesque case of “crepe myrtle murder” on the prominent corner of Main and Constance.

Surely by now professional landscapers should know that is not the way to treat these beautiful trees. They will bloom again, but they will always be misshapen.
