School district officials have announced calendar changes to make up instructional time lost when severe winter weather closed the city’s public schools for four days last week.

March 19 and April 3 change from half to full school days; professional development and clerical time for teachers will not be rescheduled.

June 10-12, which were early dismissal days due to middle and high school exams, become full days for elementary students only.

Also, interim/progress reports will be issued on March 6 instead of Feb. 27, and the end of the third nine-week grading period changes from March 31 to April 3.
