Brown, Barber to wed in May

Mr. and Mrs. John Brown, of Suffolk, announce the engagement of their daughter, Tyler Sue Nicole Brown, to Philip Michael Barber, son of Mr. Michael Barber and Mrs. Paula Thornton, both of Suffolk.

The future bride is a 2012 graduate of Lakeland High School. She is currently attending the nursing program at ECPI in Newport News and is scheduled to graduate in the fall.
The future groom is a 2011 graduate of Lakeland High School. He is employed by Ferguson in Newport News as a support analyst.
The Rev. Matthew Winters, of Bethlehem Christian Church, will be the officiant for the couple’s May 22 outdoor wedding at Lone Star Lakes Lodge in Suffolk.
