Starting today, Amazon has expanded its Prime Now one-hour delivery service to parts of Hampton Roads, including North Suffolk and Western Branch.

The service, offered exclusively as a benefit to Prime members, provides one-hour delivery on thousands of daily essentials through a mobile app, according to a company press release.

The ZIP codes in the Prime Now areas in Suffolk are 23433, 23435 and 23436 and in Chesapeake, 23320, 23321, 23322, 23323, 23324 and 23325.

Prime members can download the Prime Now app, available on iOS and Android devices, and will be notified when the service is available in their zip code.

The Prime Now is available for 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Two-hour delivery is free and one-hour delivery is available for $7.99, according to the press release.
