Joyce Paige West Harrington, 82, died Dec. 2, 2017. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434, with the Revs. C. Brandon and Troy A. Sing officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the visitation from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
