Teralle was very helpful to many in the community by performing various household and landscaping services alongside his brother, Eldon. He always had a very good sense of humor, making anyone around him laugh with his jokes. He was never at a loss for words.

Teralle was the rock of his family; the love that he has for his wife and daughters is never-ending. He is also survived by his mother, Doris Lee Blizzard Rawls, of Suffolk; two sisters, Lydia Bailey (William), of Suffolk, Irene Harrison, of Lawrenceville; three brothers, Sidney Jr. (Alesia), of Franklin, Eldon (Marilyn), Kenny of Suffolk; aunts, Lelear R.
