King’s Fork High School bounced back Saturday afternoon with a win over Wilson High School.

The Bulldogs took their first loss of the season last Friday when they took on Western Branch High School. However, they responded with a win over Wilson in the Bulldog-hosted showcase.

King’s Fork took down Wilson 75-63. Keontae Boyette and Tyler Chatman had strong performances for the Bulldogs as they went for 20 and 21 points, respectively. George Beale added 16 points of his own. The win brings the Bulldogs’ record to 5-1.

The win over Wilson is some good momentum for a Bulldogs team that will host a tough Oscar Smith High School team Tuesday night. A win against the Tigers will give the Bulldogs a lot of momentum going into the holiday break.
