Ruth E. Woodruff-Outlaw, 86, died on June 4, 2019. A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2019, at East End Baptist Church, and she will be laid to rest at Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery.
