Suffolk Center hosts a tribute to the most iconic women in music

Suffolk Center of Cultural Arts is bringing an iconic musical extravaganza to the Birdsong Theater.
ICONS: A Tribute Show is set for 8 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023
The show is packed with number one hits by favorite musical diva’s, from the ‘60s all the way to today.
ICONS is a perfect complement to “Women in History” month, portraying favorite women in music, such as: Cher, Patti La Belle, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Diana Ross.
The Tribute Show features six accomplished, powerhouse female vocalists who transform into several singers. ICONS’ esteemed band, Seamless, plays 26 songs live, captivating the audience through different genres of music and motion.
The audience will be dancing in their seats to: The Supremes,’ “Stop in The Name of Love;” Janis Joplin’s “Take A Little Piece of My Heart;” Tina Turner’s “The Best;” Aretha Franklin’s “Respect;” and Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies.”
Guests are encouraged to unleash their “inner Diva” at the ICONS Tribute Show. Attendees wearing a crown or tiara March 11, that are 21 and over, will receive a complimentary glass of champagne before ICONS take the stage at 8 p.m.
ICONS is a wonderful celebration of women and music, the Suffolk Center said in a news release. Great seats are still available, with tickets at $25, $30 and $35 for reserved seating.
