Two adults and five children were displaced in a house fire in the 100 block of Woodrow Avenue Sunday evening.
The fire was reported at 5:07 p.m., and the home was unoccupied when firefighters arrived. The fire was called under control at 5:33 p.m., according to a press release from the city.
One resident arrived as firefighters were battling the blaze.
No injuries were reported. The residents are being assisted by the American Red Cross. The fire marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the fire.
